Anyone who is an admin for the wiki (Carlos, Chuck, Tim, Jeff, Athena) can click the following link *after* logging in as yourself. This allows you to create a new user.
You must include a valid email address for the email confirmation part. The email confirmation works with princeton.edu emails.
After the user is created the admin goes to this link
to add the user to specific groups. (like nsInternalRW)
Normal users should probably have the RW or RO groups. Sysadmins should probably have Bureaucrats [sic] and SysOp groups.
The new user should then log in and go to "My Preferences" and confirm their email address.
